Hey there! I’m Afaan Ashiq. Think of this as my digital garden.

I studied Architectural Engineering at university, which is a somewhat odd mix of Mechanical & Electrical engineering, specifically for buildings. Not long after graduating I moved into software engineering and have remained there ever since.

When I’m not crying about bugs you’ll often find me spending time with my dog Jinx.

This generally consists of me watching him chase squirrels in the park and praying to myself that he never catches one.

So far so good. But there’s still plenty of time!
